I am worthy of rest

Summertime, especially in the PNW is a whirlwind of adventure, events, and chasing the sunshine. This summer may be looking a little different, but this is also why we need to honor our bodies, minds, hearts and their need to rest more than ever.

The world as we knew it has vanished in many ways. A vail has been lifted and we may be feeling overwhelmed, understandably so. We have a lot of work to do, not including all we have to do within our own lives, as they continue to shift before us. What happens in between all that doing is what allows for your growth and learning to be integrated and absorbed.

Whether you’ve attended my Savasana classes before, or you are in need of that additional nudge and support in order to give yourself a loving break, this workshop is here for you. For the next few Wednesdays, I invite you to commit to 30 minutes of rest. I will guide you into a nourishing resting pose, invite in gentle words to soothe your soul, and will be present with you in your stillness. It is my hope that my presence offers you the additional comfort and safety you may need in order to sink into and savor this sweet rest.

To rest is an empowering practice. It is a practice of reclaiming your time, your heart, your body, as well as a practice of getting to know yourself more intimately. I hope you’ll join me on this potent self-care journey.

Our Zoom link will be sent to you after you register. If you cannot make the live sessions, I will be happy to record and share them with you for later use.
